Հյուրի հաշիվ TableTap-ում (մուտք email-ով)

Հաշիվը առանձին է ամեն ռեստորանի համար. նույն email-ով մեկ այլ ռեստորանում դա արդեն ուրիշ հաշիվ է՝ իր տվյալներով։ Մի ռեստորանում տված տվյալները մյուսները չեն տեսնում։

Ինչ ենք պահում

• Ձեր email-ը՝ մուտքի համար։
• Անունը, հեռախոսը և առաքման հասցեն (և քարտեզի կետը, եթե նշել եք), որ հաջորդ պատվերին չգրեք նորից։
• Ձեր առաքման և վերցնելու պատվերները՝ ռեստորանը, ապրանքները, գումարը, ամսաթիվը և կարգավիճակը։ Պահում ենք վերջին 60-ը։
• Ծննդյան օրը (միայն օր և ամիս), եթե ինքներդ եք նշել։ Այն տեսնում է միայն այն ռեստորանը, որի ակցիաները ցանկացել եք ստանալ, որ կարողանա շնորհավորել։

Ինչու

Միայն որ դուք տեսնեք ձեր պատվերները ցանկացած սարքից, հետևեք դրանց և հեշտությամբ կրկնեք։ Ձեր տվյալները չենք վաճառում, չենք օգտագործում գովազդի համար և չենք փոխանցում երրորդ կողմերի։

Ով է տեսնում

Պատվերը (անուն, հեռախոս, հասցե) տեսնում է միայն այն ռեստորանը, որից պատվիրել եք։ Ռեստորանը տեսնում է նաև ձեր անունը, հեռախոսը և իր մոտ արված ձեր պատվերների պատմությունը (քանի պատվեր, գումար, սիրված ուտեստներ), որ ճանաչի իր մշտական հաճախորդներին։ Ռեստորանները չեն տեսնում ձեր email-ը, գաղտնաբառը և այլ ռեստորաններում արված պատվերները։

Ակցիաներ

Միայն եթե ինքներդ նշեք «Ստանալ … ակցիաներն ու նորությունները», այդ ռեստորանը կարող է ձեզ ուղարկել ակցիաներ՝ ծանուցումով ձեր հեռախոսին կամ email-ով, օրը առավելագույնը մեկ անգամ, այդ թվում ավտոմատ՝ «Կարոտել ենք» երկար ժամանակ չպատվիրելու դեպքում և ծննդյան օրը։ Ձեր email-ը ռեստորանին չի տրվում. ուղարկում ենք մենք։ Անջատել կարող եք «Իմ հաշիվը»-ում կամ email-ի «Չստանալ» հղումով։

Գաղտնաբառ և մուտքի կոդ

Կոդն ուղարկվում է email-ով Resend ծառայության միջոցով։ Գաղտնաբառը, կոդերը և մուտքի սեսիաները մենք պահում ենք միայն գաղտնագրված (hash) տեսքով. ձեր գաղտնաբառը ոչ ոք չի տեսնում, նույնիսկ մենք։

Ինչպես ջնջել

Մենյուում բացեք «Իմ հաշիվը» → «Ջնջել հաշիվը»։ Հաշիվը, պատմությունը և բոլոր սեսիաները ջնջվում են անմիջապես։ Կարող եք նաև գրել մեզ՝ tabletap.armenia@gmail.com։

Առանց հաշվի

Հաշիվը պարտադիր չէ։ Առանց հաշվի պատվերի տվյալները ջնջվում են պատվերը ավարտվելուց հետո։

Privacy

Guest accounts on TableTap (sign in with email)

An account is separate at each restaurant: with the same email at another restaurant it is another account, with its own details. What you give one restaurant, the others don't see.

What we keep

• Your email, to sign you in.
• Your name, phone and delivery address (and the map point, if you set one), so you don't type them again.
• Your delivery and pickup orders: the restaurant, items, amount, date and status. We keep the last 60.
• Your birthday (day and month only), if you add it. Only a restaurant whose offers you asked for sees it, so it can send you a greeting.

Why

Only so you can see your orders on any device, follow them and order again easily. We don't sell your data, use it for ads or share it with third parties.

Who sees it

An order (name, phone, address) is seen only by the restaurant you ordered from. That restaurant also sees your name, phone and the history of the orders you made there (how many, how much, favourite dishes), so it knows its regulars. Restaurants don't see your email, your password or your orders at other restaurants.

Offers

Only if you tick "Get … offers and news" can that restaurant send you offers, as a notification on your phone or by email, at most once a day, including automatic ones ("we miss you" after a long time without an order, and on your birthday). Your email isn't given to the restaurant: we send it. Turn it off in "My account" or with the "Unsubscribe" link in the email.

Password and sign-in codes

Codes are emailed through the Resend service. We store your password, codes and sign-in sessions only as hashes: nobody can see your password, not even us.

How to delete

In the menu open "My account" → "Delete account". Your account, history and all sessions are deleted at once. You can also write to us at tabletap.armenia@gmail.com.

Without an account

An account is optional. Without one, an order's details are deleted once the order is finished.
